Moving Boxes Depot Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Moving Boxes Depot. These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of reusable plastic moving boxes and accessories. By placing an order, renting equipment, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Rental Agreement

By placing an order with Moving Boxes Depot, the customer agrees to rent plastic moving boxes, dollies, and any additional accessories for the selected rental period. The rental period begins on the scheduled delivery or pickup date and ends on the agreed return date.

All equipment remains the property of Moving Boxes Depot at all times.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit or debit card

  • Online payment platforms

  • Other approved payment methods

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

3. Rental Period

Customers select a rental period during booking. Standard rental periods may vary depending on the package selected.

If equipment is not returned by the scheduled return date, additional rental fees may apply until the equipment is returned or picked up.

4. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup services may be available depending on location and service options selected.

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery and pickup addresses

  • Ensure safe and accessible areas for delivery or pickup

  • Be present during the scheduled delivery or pickup window when required

If Moving Boxes Depot is unable to complete delivery or pickup due to restricted access or customer absence, additional service fees may apply.

5. Use of Rental Equipment

Customers agree to use all rental equipment responsibly and only for its intended purpose.

The following uses are prohibited:

  • Using boxes for construction materials or hazardous substances

  • Exposing boxes to extreme heat or fire

  • Using boxes outdoors in a manner that may cause damage

  • Altering, labeling permanently, or modifying the boxes

Boxes should only be used for packing household or office items.

6. Cleaning and Sanitation

All crates and lids are cleaned and sanitized between rentals to ensure safety and quality. Customers agree to return equipment free of excessive debris, liquids, food waste, or hazardous materials.

Additional cleaning fees may apply if equipment is returned in unsanitary condition.

7. Loss or Damage

Customers are responsible for the care and condition of all rented equipment.

Charges may apply for:

  • Lost boxes

  • Broken or cracked crates

  • Missing lids or accessories

  • Damage beyond normal wear and tear

Replacement costs will be charged to the payment method on file if equipment is not returned or is returned damaged.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule orders subject to the following guidelines:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before delivery may qualify for a full refund or credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability.

9. Liability

Moving Boxes Depot is not responsible for:

  • Damage to items packed inside rented boxes

  • Loss of personal property during the moving process

  • Injuries resulting from improper use of equipment

Customers assume responsibility for the proper packing, handling, and transportation of their belongings.

10. Service Area

Delivery and pickup services are only available within designated service areas. Additional fees may apply for locations outside standard service zones.

11. Privacy

Customer information collected during booking is used solely for order processing, service communication, and business operations. Moving Boxes Depot does not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required to complete transactions or comply with legal requirements.

12. Changes to Terms

Moving Boxes Depot reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised date.
